All repairs, services and installations are professionally done, in good faith: should you be dissatisfied with your repairs, please notify us within 48 hours for correction. Failure to do so may result in additional costs being incurred. If the device cannot be fixed, a consultation fee applies. Devices are booked in at the client's risk. Hard.Core Repairs is not liable for any data loss or damage sustained during hardware, HARD.CORE REPAIRS will not be liable for loss or damage to devices booked in due to unforeseen circumstance such as fire, acts of God, software repairs. PLEASE NOTE Your device may be restored or formatted to complete repair. Please back up your data beforehand. (backing up of data remains the customers responsibility) Hard.Core Repairs cannot be held responsible for DIY installations on any accessories and parts sold separately. Replaced parts-apart from LCD and liquid-damaged devices - have a 3-month warrantee that excludes any damage caused by negligence (eg devices that are dropped) or tampering. Liquid damaged devices: only parts replaced as per invoice are guaranteed, for 3 months. Warranties are not transferable. No guarantee to the devices that have been repaired before. Repair parts are subject to a 75% non-refundable deposit when ordering. Devices not collected within one week, storage cost of $3.00 will be charged per day and upon 31 days of notification your device may be sold to defray expenses.
